Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Spatial Camera application ("App") or the companion website sc.ocutech.dev (together, the "Service") provided by OcuTech LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Spatial Camera allows users to record stereoscopic 3D videos and photos on Meta Quest 3 / 3S devices and optionally upload recorded videos to their own YouTube channel via YouTube API Services.

The Service may be updated over time with new features, improvements, or bug fixes. Certain features may require an internet connection.

3. YouTube Integration and User Responsibilities

The App integrates with YouTube API Services to provide direct upload functionality. When you use this feature, you authorize the App to upload videos that you choose to your YouTube channel.

By using the YouTube upload feature, you agree to be bound by:

You are solely responsible for the content you capture and upload. You agree not to upload content that violates YouTube’s policies or any applicable law, including but not limited to content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or hateful.

4. Account Security and Pairing Code

To link your YouTube account, you sign in with Google on sc.ocutech.dev and receive a temporary 6-digit pairing code. You then enter this code inside the App on your VR headset to complete the linking process.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for not sharing your 6-digit pairing code with others. Anyone who has access to your device and valid pairing code may be able to link the App to your YouTube account and upload content on your behalf.

You can revoke the App’s access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google account settings.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, OcuTech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal use on supported Meta Quest devices.

You agree not to:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OcuTech LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OcuTech LLC disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OcuTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
