By installing, accessing, or using the Spatial Camera application ("App") or the companion website sc.ocutech.dev (together, the "Service") provided by OcuTech LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
Spatial Camera allows users to record stereoscopic 3D videos and photos on supported Meta Quest devices. The Service also includes optional features to upload videos that you choose to:
The Service may be updated over time with new features, improvements, or bug fixes. Certain features, including uploads, require an internet connection.
The App integrates with Google API Services to provide upload functionality. When you use these features, you authorize the Service to perform uploads you request using the following scopes:

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
You are solely responsible for the content you capture and upload. You agree not to upload content that violates applicable law or the policies/terms of the destination service.
Our data collection, storage, and usage practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
In summary, when you use upload features, we process OAuth tokens needed to authenticate your account and the upload parameters you provide (such as title, description, privacy settings, and upload destination) to perform the upload you request.
To link your Google account for uploads, you sign in with Google on sc.ocutech.dev and receive a temporary 6-digit pairing code. You then enter this code inside the App on your VR headset to complete the linking process.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for not sharing your 6-digit pairing code with others. Anyone who has access to your device and a valid pairing code may be able to link the App and upload content on your behalf.
You can revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings.
Subject to these Terms, OcuTech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal use on supported devices.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OcuTech LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OcuTech LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OcuTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
